Kamala Harris has officially accepted her nomination as the Democratic presidential candidate, during the biggest speech of her career.
Speaking at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, the US Vice-President said electing her would “chart a new way forward”.
Ms Harris’s speech received a stand ovation and lengthy applause.
