Third accused in the ambulance trial, Richard Jakpa has expressed joy ahead of his final cross-examination by the prosecution.
The businesman appeared in court clad in an all white apparel with blue suede hat. Asked by counsel for Dr Cassiel Ato Forson, why he was in such attire, Richard Jakpa beamed that he was pleased to be finally concluding his case.
“I’m in white because it’s my last day in the box and I’m looking forward to getting some respite,” Richard Jakpa noted amidst smiles in the courtroom.
Prosecution led by Attorney-General, Godfred Yeboah Dame will be expected to conclude their cross-examination of Richard Jakpa today Tuesday July 2.
