Chinese weather experts are calling Super Typhoon Ragasa the “king of storms”, according to the BBC’s Laura Bicker.
Reporting from Zhuhai, China, Bicker said residents of southern China are largely heeding warnings from authorities as the storm lashes the region with heavy wind and rain.
