Ghanaian winger Albert Adomah has reached a milestone of 700 English Football League appearances after Walsall’s 1-1 draw with Shrewsbury on Saturday.
The EFL League Two clash saw Adomah come on as a substitute in the 69th minute to replace Jamille Matt.
The day coincidentally marked his 38th birthday.
“That’s another milestone. 700 EFL games, I am assuming that’s just league games. That is amazing and it happens to be on my birthday, that’s a nice touch and that’s another milestone to celebrate,” he said.
