Popular Ghanaian gospel music group, Team Eternity Ghana, has confirmed the passing of one of its lead singers, Nhyira Marfo.
In a statement, the group indicated that Nhyira died on August 7, 2024.
“On Wednesday, 7th August 2024, we received news of the sudden passing of our friend and sister, Nhyira Marfo.
Grief-stricken and heartbroken as we are, yet we turn to the Lord from Whom all comfort flows. We trust in Him Who knows the end from the beginning and take refuge in his promise that, ‘…surely I am with you always, to the very end of age.” (Matthew 28:20). Part of the statement read
Team Eternity Ghana released its first album ‘Sound of Eternity’ in 2022. The 14 soul-track album features Lordina, Pastor Isaiah, and EBEN, and reflects the collective’s steadfast faith and devotion to God.
Their current album, ‘Testimony’ has flung the group to greater heights, with monster hit ‘Defe Defe’ topping various music charts in Ghana and on the global music market.
